Doula care · pregnancy, birth & postpartum
Someone in the housewho is there for you.
From pregnancy through birth and the weeks at home afterwards, a doula is someone in the house who is there for you — not to hold the baby while you host, but to make sure the mother is fed, rested and looked after too. It is quiet, practical work, and it changes what those first weeks feel like.

What a visit actually looks like
No two days are the same, but the shape of the support is. Every visit is built around what you need that morning — or that night.
You sleep, or you simply stop
Hand baby over and go lie down. Shower. Eat something warm while it is still warm. Nothing has to be a conversation first.
Baby is cared for, gently
Feeding support, soothing, settling and the ordinary rhythms of a newborn — handled with the calm of someone who has done this many times.
The house quiets down
A bottle of laundry started, the kitchen put back together, a meal left for later. Small things that make a large difference.
You get to ask the real questions
The 3am ones. Whether something is normal. Whether you are doing it right. You are. But it helps to hear it out loud.
Ways to be supported
Every tier is named for the moon, from the first prenatal visit through the overnight shifts. Choose what fits your family, or ask and we will put together something in between.
Pricing is shared when you get in touch, so it is always current.

We talk through your days and nights, what would help most, and the hours that suit your family.
- 3
We agree on a schedule
Days, nights, or a mix. Then the support begins whenever you need it — including before baby arrives.
Availability changes week to week and is confirmed personally — the fastest way is a call or a text.
